30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition of the Item:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- All original tags, manuals, accessories, and any other items that were included with the purchase must be returned.
- Proof of Purchase:
- A receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom-made items, intimate or sanitary goods, and gift cards. Sale or clearance items are also non-returnable.
How to Return an Item:
- Initiate the Return:
- Contact our customer service team at helloElk@wanderingelk.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Prepare Your Return:
- Safely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of the proof of purchase.
- Shipping Your Return:
- You will be responsible for paying half of the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, half the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
- Processing Your Return:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at helloElk@wanderingelk.com and include photos of the damaged item along with purchase receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account. If you haven’t received a refund within this time frame, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
